Network Audit and Documentation

Network experts with up to 10 years of experience work closely with you to review the Network's Security, QoS, Resiliency or other business-specific requirements and come up with recommendations to improve the audited aspects. Depending on the scope, recommendations can go as deep as device configurations and physical changes.
Done as part of an Audit or by itself, Network documentation is also delivered by Network experts to make sure all network layers and domains are properly documented in a way that is manageable in terms of updates and practically useful for operational teams and future design or expansion projects.

Network Integration and Deployment

This is the critical phase of turning the design into an operational network to serve the end-user traffic and services. As it usually involves multiple technologies or even multiple vendors, most of the time, design changes are unavoidable and quick decisions need to be made.
To ensure both integration/deployment and design amendments are professionally done and documented, we involve only network experts who have extensive hands-on experience and vendor-specific certification in such this phase.

Network Operations Support

After deployment and acceptance, Network Operations take over for day-to-day fault and network change management. Whether the network is just handed over to Operations or has been operational for a while, you can outsource part or all of network operations activities to our network experts. We assess the technologies used in your network and allocate only experts with the right level and field of experience.
Outsourcing can be planned to go in a decaying way where our experts gradually help you build or optimize an existing Network Operations team. This is realized through knowledge and experience transfer, training based on knowledge and skill gap analysis and Operations KPI definition and monitoring.
